The answer to this question is unclear but from experience, over use of keywords or keyword stuffing can lead to blacklisting or penalising by search engines – far from the result you are trying to achieve!So, what is a reasonable use and what is not acceptable?

It is generally considered that keywords should be used up to 5 times on each page and no more to avoid penalising.
