A forum is a great tool for interacting with others. It is live on the internet and can be based on your website.

Internet forums can also be known as message boards, discussion boards, discussion groups or forums or bulletin boards. Messages in the forum are displayed in various ways but most commonly either in chronological order or as threaded discussions. This means that messages of the same topic are grouped together for easy reading and access.

Members of a forum are normally registered and have a unique username and password that enables them to post new topics and can also comment on previously posted items. They will also have control over their individual settings and profile.
