estimate we will request a 30% deposit of the price and then commence the work.
 
We will then convert the file into a Word document so our editorial work can begin and
then send your edited 	manuscript in Word format with the track-changes feature which
would show you the changes that we suggest.
 
When you have confirmed approval of our editing the document will be finalised.
When the work has been completed we will send you our invoice and on receipt of your
payment we will send the document to you
